TL;DR: You must add a 4 digit PIN Code to your account in order to redeem Deals and Rewards Vouchers.

How to Create a PIN Number

Go to Account Menu > My Employees.

Tap the Edit button next to your contact.

Locate the Pin field, and enter your desired 4 digit pin code.

Tap Update Contact to save changes.

How to setup PIN Code

Tap the Edit button next to your contact.

Set your desired 4 digit pin code and tap 'Update Contact'

Note on PIN Codes

Setup PIN Codes for your own account as well as any employee you add into the system. This allows each of your employees to redeem Deals and Rewards vouchers quickly and efficiently. This allows you to track their redemptions and reconcile them with your register.
