How to Add a Welcome Bonus

Go to Marketing Menu > Special Event Rewards.

Tap the Add New Event button.

Under "Reward Types" select Joining (Like) Rewards.

Set the Point Value
Rule of thumb: 500 Points = $5 Value.

Save the Special Event Reward. These points issue instantly when they "Favorite" or "Register" with your business.

Note on Welcome Rewards

Welcome Rewards are available to both customers who register directly with your business as well as those who have registered with another business and favorited your business on the app. This provides club members who registered with another business the incentive to join your rewards program and start spending money with you.
