TL;DR: If the customer registered with another business, they will need a premium club account to earn rewards with your business.

Receipt Upload Common Issues

Club Member can see 'Upload Receipt' button on your business profile: They may be trying to upload an image that is not an accepted format. Try using another device or adjusting camera settings.

Club Member cannot see 'Upload Receipt' button on your business profile: They will need to join your loyalty program by selecting the 'Add to Favorites' button with the heart icon. This will require them to have a premium club account.

If the issue is not due to one of the common issues listed above, please contact us so we can resolve the issue ASAP. 
Note: Club Members will need to register directly with your business using your QR code to upload receipts and earn points. If they have already registered with another business or signed up for Club Rewards not using your QR code, they will need a premium club account and to favorite your business to earn points.
