TL;DR: Promo Ads are your digital bulletin board. They do NOT sell anything directly.

How to Add a Promo Ad

Go to Marketing Menu > Promotional Adverts.

Tap the Add New Promo Ad button.

Create the Offer: Fill out the Promo Ad Wizard.

Publish: Once approved & live, this ad is visible to the entire network immediately and can be sent directly to your club members.

Note on Promo Ads

Promo Ads are great to use when wanting to inform the club network about: announcing new hours, introducing a new menu item, telling people about an event, etc. The key difference between club deals and promo adverts is club deals must have a price (e.g., $10) and promo adverts are free information.
